Premetto not a big fan of foundation applied with a sponge, I prefer to spread it with my fingers when I'm in a hurry or with a brush Duo Fibre as this or that other or the wonderful LY34 brush Louise Young thoroughly convinced that I got from the review of Lydia and Pixiwoo (which are always a guarantee !)...
I tried lots of sponges, however, a bit 'to work and a bit' out of curiosity and I made a personal opinion on: the end of these egg-shaped sponges are very nice but I believe are sold at a very exorbitant price for the result we offer that is easily obtainable by other means and spending much less.
The first is the sponge that I tried Precision Sponge Sephora: I had paid a ten euro and I found it really bad. It 's hard as a shoe sole, basting does not change the result very much and I have "thrown out the window "....
The second is the Sonia Kashuk Blending Sponge , that I took to Seattle for $ 9, but he convinced me more: I found it very nice because it has a form very convenient and makes the application of foundation very easy ... But for my taste drinks too much foundation, to wash it thoroughly (I'm a bit 'obsessed with the hygiene of my brushes / pads) take too long, especially after forty uses begins to lose a few shots.
The third and last was the Beauty Blender (the lower the price of € 16.90 on MakeUpLandia) , of \u200b\u200bwhich I spoke in the video "Eye on the Sun" in February, and I really liked: I find it molto cara, troppo grossa e troppo tonda, difficile da pulire decentemente, rimane umidiccia per giorni e soprattutto beve una marea di fondotinta.
Quando lavoro e quando voglio dilettarmi con l'uso della spugnetta, soprattutto per applicare alcuni fondotinta molto coprenti come il Mat Velvet + di Make Up For Ever, ever use these wipes not wedge latex Kryolan Dauphines that purchase from the site which cost me about 14 pounds per 100 pieces. Of course when I use them on me working with soap or mild shampoo and reuse at least 7-10 times, while working for the one time use on my client and I am fine there. Reach every corner of the face perfectly, perfectly blend the foundation and concealer around the eyes and make it very natural effect of the foundation (even more opaque) when used in wet or simple hydrolat Rose Thermal Water. I feel really advise you with your eyes closed!
You are not obligated to buy 100, but why do not you using it for work would last at least 2 years if used every day, and you can also find them in packs of 8 and 16. Are inexpensive and do their work, including Stippling!
I really hope this post has been helpful, and I want that really are not wasting money unnecessarily "wipes" of fashion that basically are not as "irreplaceable" (so what you save them you can use to buy some ombrettino more!)
